Serial Founder & CEO, Sitka AI Technologies
Ahmed Abdullah
Serial founder. Fifteen years, eight companies, three continents. Today I build AI agent systems that run revenue operations for US businesses — as founder and CEO of Sitka AI Technologies.
Ahmed Abdullah is a serial technology entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Sitka AI Technologies, an artificial-intelligence automation company based in Frisco, Texas. Over a fifteen-year career he has founded and led eight companies — building web platforms, mobile products, ride-hailing dispatch technology, and, today, AI agent orchestration systems for US enterprise and SMB markets. His through-line is the same at every stage: build the platform others rely on, and build it from the ground up.
"I build with grit because that's the only way I've ever built."
Ahmed Abdullah
Built From the Ground Up
I didn't start with capital or a network. I started in 2009 with a laptop and a conviction that software built well could scale further than the person who built it.
That conviction has held across fifteen years and eight companies. I've built through markets that didn't exist yet, in a part of the world investors ignored, and shipped technology that operators on other continents licensed and ran. Every company taught the next one. The web work taught me products. The products taught me platforms. The platforms taught me what it takes to build systems businesses actually depend on. That's the foundation under the AI work I do now.
The Companies
Ahmed Abdullah Group
— 2026The holding company bringing the portfolio under one roof — the structure for what comes next.
Sitka Group
— 2025The umbrella spanning Sitka AI, Sitka Commerce, and Sitka University.
Sitka AI Technologies
— 2022My US company. AI agent orchestration and intelligent revenue platforms for enterprise and SMB markets.
Warewink
— 2018An acquisition-intent platform. It surfaces succession moves, ownership changes, financing events, and growth milestones so sellable businesses reach buyers before they hit the open market — and before a competing broker gets there first.
CabStartup
— 2014A white-label, multi-tenant ride-hailing dispatch platform — one of the earliest licensable platforms of its kind in the region, built before the ride-hailing category had taken hold there. Its dispatch technology was licensed to on-demand transport operators across three countries. It's the clearest early proof of what I do: build the underlying platform other companies run on.
MobInspire
— 2013A software and product engineering company — the parent that built CabStartup.
Appliconic
— 2009A mobile and web application development company. The first venture, and where the build-for-others instinct started.
What I'm Building Now: Sitka AI Technologies
Sitka AI Technologies is a done-for-you AI agency and fractional GTM partner for US businesses. We design and deploy AI agent systems — including voice AI for end-to-end front-desk automation — across healthcare, logistics, energy, insurance, IT services, and revenue operations.
The methodology I've built is the Intelligent Revenue Platform: orchestrating multiple AI agents so they run a company's revenue engine end to end — prospecting, qualification, follow-up, appointment-setting — instead of automating one broken step of it.
I work with founders and revenue leaders as a fractional Chief Revenue Officer, embedding these systems inside their operations rather than handing over software and walking away.
Most companies are automating a process that was already broken. I fix the process first, then let the agents run it.
How I Think About AI
Most AI projects fail for one reason: a model gets bolted onto a broken workflow and everyone expects a different result. My work runs the other direction — redesign the process first, then orchestrate agents to run it, with real guardrails and measurable outcomes.
I'm also building toward AI readiness at the workforce level through Human+. The default pattern — fire existing staff, chase scarce AI talent — shrinks the talent pool and stalls adoption. The better path is upskilling the people already inside a company and connecting trained talent to the enterprises that need it.

Cold-outbound close rate
Working with investment firms and capital raiser companies, I rebuilt their tech engine as an orchestrated AI agent system — generating about two qualified appointments per day.
