I'm Ahmed Abdullah, founder and CEO of Sitka AI Technologies, an AI agent orchestration company based in Frisco, Texas, building voice automation and intelligent revenue systems for U.S. enterprises. If you're here because of a press mention, one of my books, or Sitka AI itself, here's the short version: I've spent 15+ years building technology platforms, from ride-hailing infrastructure to enterprise AI, and Sitka AI is where that work is concentrated today.
Here's how that history led here, what Sitka AI actually does, and the record behind it.
From Software to Intelligent Revenue: A 15-Year Arc
My work has moved through four stages, each one building on the last: software, platforms, infrastructure, AI agent systems.
Software
2009 to 2012I started as a founder building mobile and web applications through a studio called MobInspire. This is where I learned that well-built software doesn't just solve one company's problem. It can become infrastructure other companies run on.
Platforms
2013 to 2017That instinct became CabStartup, a white-label, multi-tenant ride-hailing dispatch platform, one of the earliest licensable platforms of its kind, built before the category had established itself in its region. Rather than run one consumer brand, I built dispatch technology that operators across multiple countries licensed and ran as their own. The lesson from this chapter: infrastructure built once can scale far beyond the person who built it, but only if it's built to be run by others, not just by you.
Infrastructure and Signals
2018 to 2021I founded Warewink, a data-driven acquisition-intent platform surfacing ownership changes, financing events, and growth signals so sellable businesses could reach buyers earlier. The lesson: the highest-leverage work isn't the transaction itself; it's the signal layer that tells people when to act.
AI Agent Systems
2022 to presentIn 2022, I founded Sitka AI Technologies in Frisco, Texas. By the time enterprise AI adoption accelerated, I had a clear point of view: most companies don't have an adoption problem; they have a proof problem. Sitka AI exists to close that gap.
What I'm Building
Sitka AI is building AI agent systems and intelligent revenue infrastructure for modern businesses. See the public company work at Sitka AI.
The architecture behind it: Signals to Intelligence to Agents to Execution to Revenue to Learning. Every engagement starts with the signals a business is already generating, like inbound calls, missed follow-ups, and disconnected systems, and builds toward a system that acts on them, then improves.
AI Agent Systems
The shift from simple automation to systems that understand inputs, make decisions, and execute workflows under human direction, rather than a single scripted step.
Revenue Intelligence
Signal detection, enrichment, intent scoring, automated outreach, nurturing, routing, and conversion orchestration, working as one connected system rather than isolated tools.
Voice AI
Inbound and outbound voice agents that qualify, follow up, and schedule, so a call that would otherwise go to voicemail becomes a booked appointment instead.
Human+
An AI workforce model built on training the people already inside a company to work alongside agents, not simply replacing them.
Sitka Global Partners
A partner and implementation network, evidence that Sitka is building distribution infrastructure, not only selling consulting hours.
Every engagement follows the same four-stage process: Discover, Design, Deploy, Optimize. This means mapping where a business loses revenue to manual work, designing agent architecture around that specific gap, deploying into existing systems, and tuning on an ongoing basis.
My Founder Thesis
A few things I believe, and that Sitka AI is built around:
- AI should run workflows, not just generate content.
- Companies should build intelligent systems, not simply accumulate software tools.
- Revenue can become an intelligent operating system, not a set of disconnected steps.
- Automation should start with process redesign. Bolting AI onto a broken workflow doesn't fix the workflow.
- Humans should increasingly focus on judgment, relationships, creativity, and high-value decisions.
- AI adoption should be measured by economic impact, not novelty.
- The next generation of companies will be increasingly AI-native.

The Books, as Frameworks
The Intelligent Revenue Platform: The Founder's Blueprint for Running a Company on AI Agents. A framework for transforming traditional revenue organizations into AI-enabled revenue systems, built on the idea that agents should run alongside a company's revenue operations, not sit beside them as a novelty.
AI Agents for Every Industry: A Comprehensive Methodology for Adoption. A framework for understanding and deploying agent-based operations across industries, built on the premise that most AI initiatives fail because a model gets bolted onto a workflow that was never redesigned.
Why AI Agent Orchestration and Voice AI Matter Right Now
Most companies adopting AI are running pilots, not systems. A chatbot that answers FAQs isn't orchestration. AI agent orchestration means multiple agents working across a business's actual revenue workflow: qualifying a lead, booking it, following up, and reporting on it, without a human re-entering the same information four times.
Voice AI is the clearest example. A business loses revenue every time a call goes unanswered. A voice agent that answers, qualifies, and books doesn't replace the front desk. It means the front desk is never actually missed. That's the difference between "we have AI" and a system that's running part of the business.
